The 31-year-old guard previously made significant contributions to the Mavericks during the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons, averaging 17.7 points per game.

Last season, Dinwiddie split his time between the Brooklyn Nets and Los Angeles Lakers, where he averaged 10.5 points per game across 76 games (52 starts). Known for his versatile playmaking and scoring ability, Dinwiddie brings experience and depth to the Mavericks’ backcourt.

Over the course of his career, Dinwiddie has suited up for several teams, including the Detroit Pistons, Washington Wizards, Nets, Mavericks, and Lakers.
